I’m Steven Naudé. I work with small business owners across the greater Auckland region to transform their companies into thriving enterprises.
This blog features some of the tools and insights I share with customers for their individual or business development.
I have worked as a general manager in very large and very small organisations for 25 years. In that time, I have experienced great successes as well as my share of failures, and have learnt valuable lessons from every one.
I am still learning and would love to share my lessons with small business owners and to learn from them on their journeys.
